Financial reporting in 2024

VR Group will publish its financial reports in Finnish and English in 2024 as follows:

• Financial Statements Release for the year 2023 on Friday, February 16, 2024.
• Business Review for January-March 2024 on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
• Half-Year Review for January-June 2024 on Friday, August 16, 2024.
• Business Review for January-September 2024 on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

The Annual Report for the year 2023, including the Report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements, will be published on week 12, 2024. It also includes Corporate Responsibility Report for the year 2023 and GRI-index, Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Report, and Corporate Governance Statement.

VR-Group Plc's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
